Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Additional qualifying criteria may apply.

$50 per person age 18 and older.

Do you require a Security Deposit?
Yes. A security deposit is required and is equal to one month’s base rent for the apartment you are applying for.

Rent is due on or before the first day of each month with a three-day grace period.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $70 late fee is charged if rent is not received by the third day of the month, plus an additional $5 per day until paid.

Online Payments (Resident Portal), Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks, and Money Orders.
What utilities are included?
Water, trash, and sewer are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for electricity.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
Each apartment home includes a refrigerator and stove/oven.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Laundry facilities are available on the property.
What amenities are available for residents?
Heated pool, spa, basketball court, lighted walking path, community BBQ grills, and benches throughout the property.
Is parking available? If so, is there a monthly fee?
Off-street parking is available with both covered and uncovered options. Covered parking is available for $15 per month.
Do you have EV charging stations?

Do you have a dog park or pet washing station?
No dog park or pet washing station is currently available.

Yes. Package lockers are available for items that do not fit in your mailbox.

Yes. Maintenance is on-site Monday through Friday with after-hours emergency service available. Residents can request service by calling the office or through the resident portal.

Yes. Monthly resident events are hosted, and residents are notified through text messages, emails, social media updates, and flyers posted throughout the property.
